With a medieval tavern feel our tasting room is a perfect place to relax with friends or rent for special occasions. You're welcome to bring your own food or wine.

The tavern is open Wed-Fri 4-10pm and Sat 2-10pm. Tours are available most day. We also have special events planned throughout the year!.

What's on tap at Paladin in July
We've got a ton going on this month we want to tell you about! New brew, live music, painting, events all over town... It's going to be a blast!
July 2 - Davis & McKay
Live music Saturdays continue on July 2 with Davis and McKay bringing their acoustic rock n roll act to Paladin on July 2 from 6-10 pm. These guys have a repertoire of over 220 songs, so I can't wait to see what they do here! You can find them on Facebook by following this link.
July 9 - Jim Moran
Jim Moran is a pianist, composer, and teacher from Hermitage, PA. He has been a professional musician since 1972, primarily as a keyboardist and vocalist, performing in venues across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Over the last several years, Jim has gone solo. His repertoire includes instrumental and vocal stylings ranging from Jazz & Blues Standards, to Classic Rock as well as Original Compositions. July 7 - The Mother Mold Sip n Paint
The Mother Mold is back again this July 7 with another sip n paint! These are a ton of fun and all are welcome. There is a $35 fee that includes canvas, paint, brushes, instructions, and your first glass of Paladin brew! The painting party is from 6 to 8pm. Guests should come 15 minutes early to mingle, get a drink and get set up. Seating is limited, reservations and a $10 non-refundable deposit are required. Come on in and sign up at the brewery. Call 330-501-9819 with any questions.
July 16 - Mark Soini Trio
The Mark Soini Trio is back with us on July 16 from 7-10 pm. The Trio plays a variety of music centered mostly along the lines of Jimi Hendrix, John Mayer, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Dave Matthews, and some stuff you rarely hear live like Phish and Grateful Dead. July 23 - This is going to be a busy day for us!
- New Brew - Cancer Sucks!
On the one-year anniversary of John's surgery to remove cancer from his sinus cavities, we are releasing a new beer called "Cancer Sucks". Cancer Sucks ESB is an Extra Special Bitter with a deep copper color chocked full of flavor from a strong malty background and a pronounced bitterness leading way to a medium body showcasing the aromas of hop, fruit, and a hint of fine tobacco from the high-quality English hops. 5.5% abv 39 ibu.
- The Fringe
Having been one of the more popular bands in the Youngstown-Warren area from 2013 to 2015, The Fringe hung it up at the end of last year after playing 120 shows in less than 3 years. Well, they're back, and making their first appearance after getting 4/5 of the original lineup back together here at Paladin on July 23 from 6-10pm! Highlighted by dual lead vocals (male/female), they play anything from Led Zeppelin to Pink to Aretha Franklin, and even a little country. You won't want to miss this show. July 30 - Razzvio
Singer/violinist Razz is a songwriter and classically trained musician. She performs with a custom 6-string electric violin called a ‘Viper Violin’ which allows her to sing and play at the same time and encompasses the range of a violin, viola, and cello. Kevin Proctor is a multi-instrumentalist as well as the producer and engineer of the project. The duo have toured throughout the United States with their intimate, self-sustained, and volume-controlled setup; delighting listeners in concert halls, breweries, wineries, coffee shops, and street corners since 2013. Razzvio’s independently released debut album ‘Mercurial’ has sold over 1,500 copies, and their second album ‘Perpetual Hybrid’ was released in July 2015. Razzvio is currently on a 2016 tour performing at over 100 breweries and wineries across the country. They will be here July 30 from 7-10 pm. Their website is Razzvio.com.
August 5 - OH WOW! Science of Brewing
We will be on hand at the OH WOW! 5th Annual Science of Brewing event. OH WOW! is a fun place in downtown Youngstown to take the kids to learn about science and technology, and the Science of Brewing event is a fundraiser benefitting them. There will be tastings, food pairings, workshops, a silent auction, and live entertainment. It should be noted that this is an adults-only event.
