Sir Kenneth American Blonde Ale

An American Blonde Ale using only hops commonly found in a Bohemian Pilsner, this beer is crisp and clean with a nice, rich malt and spicy hop character. This easy to drink beer is named in honor of our grandfather, Ken Erdner, a veteran, a man who lived by the standards of chivalry exemplified by the knights of ole.

Hunter's IPA

This is a very drinkable and thirst quenching IPA which uses a combination of Chinnook and Citra hops to build robust flavors across your tongue, while the grain bill adds a slightly bready but subtle base. The hops shine right through to the finish, leaving a dry character. One sip and you'll realize why we called this our Tavern's Best IPA.

A clean, fresh, American Pale Ale with enough malt backbone to carry moderate hop character and bitterness through to the finish. With just a hint of caramel all of these attributes align in harmony making a great beer with a high level of drinkability, perfect after a long day's hunt.

This is a very traditional American IPA which uses 4 different hops to provide the mild bitterness and a lot of American hop character floral, tropical, citrusy, and piney right up front. Bitter, Bold, and Delicious, this is the IPA of Revelation.

A sweet lower alcohol stout, combining attributes from both an oatmeal stout and a sweet stout this beer is silky and smooth with hints of coffee and chocolate-like flavor from specialty malts... breakfast is served.

Dark ruby in color, complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness from caramel and roasted malts. This beer is perfectly paired with rich flavored smoked meats.

This refreshing summer pale ale is all about the ever changing and awesome Mosaic Hop. Using primarily pale ale malt with a hint of another for color only, this beer showcases the many flavors and aromas of the Mosaic Hop. It's all about the hop man!

Dark Knight IPA

This beer has to true place in the current style guidelines. Brewed like an American IPA with plenty of Centennial, Chinook, and Citra flavor hops but with the addition of midnight wheat this beer is dark, rich and has all the flavor and hop character you expect with a smooth, mellow finish.

Paladin The Brown, our Brown Ale

This Brown Ale is a sweet and malty brew with complex flavor. Perfectly smooth thanks to the added honey on top of three kinds of caramel malts. Paladin the Brown even has a touch of chocolate and raisin undertones. If you're looking for hops, this beer is not for you.

Smooth and balanced, this Double IPA nearing 10% abv should be in a new category of its own (IIIIPA). The high alcohol content has a slight warming sensation that is completely balanced by malt and hops creating an extremely smooth beer to entice both sides of your taste buds.

Red Dragon Raspberry Infused Imperial American Brown Ale

This “Imperial” American Brown Ale is infused with Red Raspberries, giving the beer a deep mahogany color with red undertones much like the Red Dragon for which it is named. This beer’s complex flavor has a sharp fruity aroma with a dry finish.

Dark Amber Strong Ale

It’s love at first sight with its deep, Dark Amber, almost ruby color. This is a Strong Ale, not quite conforming to the specific details of an Old Ale or Barley wine style beer. This wonderfully complex beer boasts nearly 11% abv, with one sip your palate is overwhelmed by the warming sensation followed by a sweet, malty flavor which explodes and warms you through to your toes.

Cancer sucks Extra Special Bitter

Cancer Sucks ESB is an Extra Special Bitter with a deep copper color chocked full of flavor from a strong malty background and a pronounced bitterness leading way to a medium body showcasing the aromas of hop, fruit, and a hint of fine tobacco from the high-quality English hops.

This porter is a good example of a Baltic Porter which is big, complex, and flavorful. It is bigger, richer, sweeter, and more alcoholic than even a Robust Porter. Slightly roasty with small hints of dark fruit notes easily enjoyed by the pint.

Imperial Knight Russian Imperial Stout

Imperial Knight is a Russian Imperial Stout which uses a magnificent amount of hops to balance out the deep, dark, and roasty malt bill. Clocking in at 9% abv this beer is much like an Imperial Soldier: big, strong, and complex. Good to the last drop with a smooth and mellow finish.

Paladin Bourbon Porter

We infused a rich and malty Baltic Porter with bourbon-soaked oak to get a complex and satisfying flavor with a very smooth mouthfeel and a nice cream tan head. Each sip is complimented by an intense aroma of toasted oak and the sweet graininess of good bourbon followed by a melding of the bittersweet roastiness creating a very characterful beer.
