“We used enough roasted pumpkin in our mash to actually put pumpkin flavor in our beer, adding to the specialty grain bill which provides hints of caramel and dried fruit flavors, it is slightly sweet with subtle fall spices. This beer is a dark orange in color just like a pumpkin.”

Mahoning Valley Beer Fest

We will also be serving 4 different styles at the Mahoning Valley Beer fest on October 29th. One of which will be Cancer Sucks in honor of the benefactor the American Cancer Society. This event takes place at Packard Music Hall in Warren, October 29th from Noon to 5pm. At current count, we are one of seven breweries to be in attendance, and there will also be food avaialable from five different vendors. In addtion, Colin Dussault's Blues Project from Cleveland will be playing the blues for those in attendance. Paladin Bourbon Porter

31 ibu, 6.9% abv, Release date TBA
Snifter $7 - 10oz Pour In A 13oz Glass
Growler $22 • Refill $18 • Crowler $12 • Sample $2

We infused a rich and malty Baltic Porter with bourbon-soaked oak to get a complex and satisfying flavor with a very smooth mouthfeel and a nice cream tan head. Each sip is complimented by an intense aroma of toasted oak and the sweet graininess of good bourbon followed by a melding of the bittersweet roastiness creating a very characterful beer.

Imperial Night

70 ibu, 9% abv, Release date TBA
Snifter $5 - 10oz Pour In A 13oz Glass
Growler $19 • Refill $15 • Crowler $10 • Sample $2

Imperial Knight is a Russian Imperial Stout which uses a magnificent amount of hops to balance out the deep, dark, and roasty malt bill. Clocking in at 9% abv this beer is much like an Imperial Soldier: big, strong, and complex. Good to the last drop with a smooth and mellow finish.
