Thank you for your interest in having a party at Paladin Brewing ! Here are some FAQs that will help you plan your event. The information below is for ALL occasions, including but not limited to birthdays, retirement, graduation, fundraisers (some discounts may apply), showers, and even WEDDINGS.

We do not charge to reserve our space, but we do ask that you plan to spend at least $25 an hour for any event happening during normal business hours (Wed-Fri 3-10, Sat 2-10, or Sun 12-5) and $50 an hour for any event outside that window.

Kids are welcome. We have an oversized Connect Four and other yard games available at no charge. The bounce house can be set up for a flat rate of $50 if the weather allows.

Outside alcohol is NOT permitted as it violates our liquor license. You can provide soft drinks of any kind for your guests to enjoy. If you plan to purchase more than a few non-alcoholic drinks from us, please let us know so we can be prepared.

You can bring in outside food, but legally, we must ask that it be professionally catered. We charge a $50 fee to rent the space if outside food is being served.

If you would like us to feed your guests, we would be happy to! We can set up a buffet with two menu items being refilled throughout the event. You choose your first item, and we will decide your second item together. Some items are not conducive to buffet-style serving. Nachos are our most popular option. Pricing includes plates, napkins, plastic ware, and serving utensils. 

Our Event Buffet Pricing:

• up to 30 people: $10 per person
• 31 to 39 people: $9 per person
• 40 to 49 people: $8 per person
• 50 to 60 people: $7 per person
• 61 to 74 people: $6 per person
• 75 or more people: $5 per person

You can also bring desserts, balloons, centerpieces, tablecloths (plastic does NOT stay on outside tables), games, decorations, special seating for the elderly, lawn chairs, and/or pinatas (please pick up trash). Please DO NOT BRING anything with an open flame (the fire pit can be used if properly manned), confetti, and/or outside alcohol.

You are welcome to use our picnic tables, banquet tables, and chairs for free, but you are responsible for providing the manpower to move them. We are happy to help, but we charge $50 for setting up the wooden tables without you.

Set up can be done the evening before, when available, or the hour before. More than an hour of setup may be included in your minimum pricing.

You have the option to pay for all of your guests' drinks with one tab, offer drink tickets to your guests at your discretion, or allow everyone to pay for their drinks. All drinks purchased by your guests are included in your hourly total; however, table and bounce house fees are not.
