Fire Roasted Pumpkin Ale

We roasted 400 pounds of locally grown pumpkins for the mash to actually put pumpkin flavor in our beer, complementing the specialty grain bill that contributes hints of caramel and dried fruit flavors. It is slightly sweet with subtle fall spices. This beer is a nice dark orange color just like a fresh pumpkin.
